An invigorating morning class that combines slow flow in the hoop with a cardio workout and some damn fine hoop dance moves. A gentle and powerful class that will awaken your senses and connection to self through slow flow in the hoop. Then, lean into and land within your body by feeling into the movement, learning a hoop swag of tricks and getting your giggle on while you work out. No experience or hips required. "I don't have the hips for it" is a total myth.

Donna Sparx is a professional hula hoop dancer who is passionate about bringing the dance into the hoop and sharing the freedom found in play and flow. Recognised globally for her creativity, innovation, flow facilitation and playful approach, she has shared the hoopla with thousands of people aged 2 to 72!
Donna has performed with the Women’s Circus and at many festivals and events. She brings a passion and playfulness to her work that is infectious.
