Spring Aerial Yin Workshop

A slow and nurturing workshop of aerial yin yoga, self massage and meditation

Spring can be a time of new growth and fresh energy, it might feel like you are coming out of hibernation or emerging from a cocoon.

Often we feel inspired to clean up our homes, and it can also be a time of internal clearing as well.

In this workshop we will be drawing from the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and nurturing the Liver and Gall Bladder Meridians, and Wood element.

Just like is a mat based Yin yoga practice, we will settle into each posture for a longer time, and we will also combine self massage and other props with the aerial hammock.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience including first timers, however it is not suitable for pregnancy.

If you have any injuries or health concerns, feel free to email Jo to see if it would be a good option for you.
