Makarlu breaks new ground in the field of studio props and tools that facilitate proprioception, myofascial release, balance and movement.
We are holding a Makarlu Masterclass of 2 hours with Carla Mullins – Level 4 teacher with both the APMA and PAA. The class will include:
- An introduction to Makarlu and a demonstration of the various configurations
- A mat class using Makarlu as a prop
- Ideas on how to use Makarlu in a studio setting
The Masterclass is designed to help you get started with Makarlu, and to then go that little bit deeper and explore more of what is possible with this versatile prop. It is our aim that the Masterclass will also provide you with some inspiration you to come up with your own unique applications.
The cost of the Masterclass includes a pair of Makarlu Lotus in either Midnight Black or Magenta (please email us your colour selection).
