Autumn Aerial Yin Workshop

A slow and nurturing workshop of aerial yin yoga, self massage and meditation

In this workshop we will be drawing from the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is a foundation of Yin Yoga, plus the support of the aerial hammock to prepare for the change of season.

We will use self massage, meditation and the placement of the aerial hammock to awareness to the paths of the lung and large intestine meridians.

This translates to movements that can be beneficial for respiratory and digestive systems, plus some great shoulder stretches.

Just like in a mat based Yin yoga practice, we will settle into each posture for a longer time, and we will also combine self massage and other props with the aerial hammock.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience including first timers, however it is not suitable for pregnancy.

If you have any injuries or health concerns, feel free to email Jo to see if it would be a good option for you.
