Kelly from Kindred Souls Collective and Jo from Garden of Yoga collaborate for this unique event that will have you floating in an aerial hammock, bathed in a harmonic symphony of sound vibrations.
The calming sounds of Singing Bowls can inspire easeful meditation and deep relaxation.
Many people find the feeling of being cocooned in the aerial fabric, allows them to rest into a deep state of ease and peace.
We are delighted once again weave these beautiful techniques together into one immersive experience. We are evolving our previous Suspended Sound offering to highlight the deep vibrations and soothing sounds, settling into supported rest rather than a guided aerial yoga flow. Kelly will create a soundscape using the Singing Bowls, gongs and other acoustic instruments for your enjoyment and peace of mind.
No previous aerial yoga experience or flexibility required, our goal is that everyone feels comfortable and supported in their practice, there will be space for gentle movement as you need, and support from Jo so that you can have the most relaxing experience possible.
This workshop is not recommended for pregnancy.
About Kelly Sullivan
Hello I’m Kelly, a Melbourne based Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapist, Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, Meditation & Yoga Nidra Teacher.
Having faced extremely busy periods, exhaustion, anxiety and burnout in my own life, I’m passionate about sharing the tools that helped me the most on my own journey, particularly the transformational nature that sound has on our vibrational wellness.
My first experience playing a singing bowl was well over ten years ago, back in 2011 on my very first trip to Kathmandu, Nepal. That trip to Nepal changed my outlook on life, and I have been going back time and time again to learn all there is to know about singing bowls and sound healing.
I’m passionate about creating calming and healing sound vibrations and holding space for busy people to CALM their inner world, RECONNECT with their authentic self and live from a place of FLOW!
