Aerial yoga offers so many wonderful movement possibilities for the spine. In this workshop we will explore the inversions, functional stability moves, as well as deeply relaxing aerial yin yoga in the hammock.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience, with a variety of options offered. The focus will be on self care and exploration of movement. We will conclude with a nice long floating savasana.
About Jo Stewart
Jo's creative approach adapts to each practitioners individual needs, with a focus on body positivity, self compassion and inclusivity. She is excited to share the whole spectrum of yogic experience with her students - from high flying fun in the aerial hammock, to calm meditation in the quiet of a yin style practice.
