In this sequence, we start with self-massage for the very top of the neck, and gradually make our way down.
Along the way the shoulders, lower back and glutes also get some love.
It's a great sequence to do at the end of a long day if you have been spending a lot of time at the computer or driving!
Self massage props are optional - you can use a peanut or foam roller, but there are options if you don't have them on hand.
