Jo shares a self-massage tour of some of the common areas that can be tender if you're experiencing lower-back pain.

We use these insights as we continue into floor based stability work and eventually up to standing moves.

The props you'll need are a foam roller or peanut. A rolled up blanket can also be substituted. A block and a pillow can also be handy.
