We focus on the glutes and hips using the theraband and some longer holds to explore new dimensions of some of Jo's favourite moves.

This is a great sequence if you've been sitting down a lot.

We use a foam roller, or rolled blanket for the relaxation at the end. We also use a theraband throughout.
