This is a great sequence to refresh and unwind on a hot day, before bed or any time you need a little rejuvenation.
We elevate the legs for many poses to help with circulation, fluid retention and down regulating the nervous system.
This can help the mind and body relax. And you only need 30 minutes!
We use a chair, but you could also use your couch or a low (and strong) table, a bolster and a strap.
