This is a great sequence for when you have your period or any time you need some soothing postures for the belly, lower back and brain.
We focus mainly on the pelvis but you'll feel the benefits continuing up your spine.
We use gentle release techniques, supported passive stretches and the option of using a heat pack for extra soothing benefits.
You'll need a bolster or pillow, a chair and you may use a strap and heat pack or hot water bottle.
