In this session we focus on the legs, feet and hips. We establish a movement pattern and then change it up on a different angle! This allows us to target particular areas in multiple ways, and learn more about our bodies and how they move.
We use a block, a chair or wall and a foam roller as well as a pillow/bolster and a theraband. Don't worry if you don't have all of these - Jo gives options.
