Movement - 30 Min Yin

Half an hour can be enough time to feel the benefits of a yin practice. This is a great sequence to do to wind down at the end of the day, or combined with one of our more active flows for yin/yang balance.

You'll need a bolster or pillow and a foam roller or peanut, and if you have a block, bring it along!
