Use a foam roller or rolled up blanket to enhance balance and connection between both sides of the body (and brain).
You’ll be guided through a meditative breath based practice to connect to your deep core muscles, shoulders and whole body stability. The foam roller will give you instant feedback and the ability to work towards balance, you will really feel your awareness and co-ordination improve as you repeat this sequence.
If it feels a bit intense on the foam roller (or you don't have one) try a rolled up blanket or just work from the floor.
