Down Low Flow

Nurture your neck and shoulders

In this sequence we start low to the ground and work with gentle but powerful movements.

These moves are designed to counteract some of the effects of sitting and looking at a screen.

It's a great sequence to do on your lunch break or after a long drive!

You'll need a foam roller, small weights (or tins of beans) and a theraband.
