Take a tour from the neck all the way down to the lower back, massaging along the way!

Self-massage can ease tension in the mind and body. It also feels fantastic with the head supported in the fabric.

You can do this practice as a warm up, as a prelude to meditation or on it's own.

You'll need an aerial hammock and a peanut.
