You can hang your hammock at any height for this sequence. If you get motion sickness, hang it low so you can stabilise by taking a foot down to the ground.

The first section is guided movement, so you might like to watch the first part of this video before settling in.

You can do this as a self-contained practice or following on from one of our other videos.
