Yin - Soothing Makarlu

In this sequence we combine the long holds of the yin postures with some self-massage options.

This would be a great sequence for before bed or any time you want to wind down. There are also non self-massage options!

You'll need a peanut or makarlu and a block or bolster and a strap.

Props You'll Need:

Makarlu Peanut / Ball Bolster Theraband / Strap
