Theraband Feedback

Use the theraband to understand movement.

In this session we use the theraband to provide tactile feedback for our breath, shoulder and hip movements.

You will also feel an extra strength and stability challenge, which can help to refine your movement awareness.

You'll need a theraband and a foam roller.
