Slow Flow - Block, Hips, Shoulders!

We flow through movements for the whole body with some extra emphasis on the hips and shoulders.

Use the block to make movements more accessible or add new challenges.

You'll also need a theraband.

If you don't have a block, you can use a pillow or bolster instead.
