Movement - Hot Day Flow!

Chill moves for a hot day!

We start with some gentle mobility moves for the feet, hips and shoulders before settling into some supported shapes with elevated legs.

This is a great sequence if you want to do something relaxing but still move your body.

You'll need a bolster/pillow, a chair or wall, and a theraband.
