Gentle Yoga - Shoulders to Hips

Massage and stretch the whole body

In this hour long gentle yoga session, we start with a meditation before moving into some gentle movement and lateral stretches. We then do some self-massage with the foam roller or peanut, then we work into some more yin-like moves.

We finally close with a reclining meditation.
