Cozy Yin

A soothing and nurturing practice

Sorry, you don't currently have access to this video.

This is a cosy practice for a cold day (or night). There are lots of options, especially for sensitive knees. We give the whole body (and mind) attention, but the spine gets extra love.

You'll need a bolster (or cushions), a strap and use a block if you have one. Plus, whatever you need to stay cosy and comfortable.

No music, either enjoy a quieter practice or feel free to play your own.

Props You'll Need:

Bolster Block Theraband / Strap
