Yin plus Makarlu

A soothing practice to help release tension.

In this practice we combine self massage with a makarlu or peanut with yin yoga and techniques for vagal toning.

This is a great practice to do at night before bed, or at any time when you want to down regulate your nervous system, ease out tight places in the body and calm your mind.

You'll need a Makarlu or Peanut, and a bolster or optional blanket.
