Slow Flow - Empowering Flow

The focus of this class is to help you feel strong and powerful in your body.

We start out with some centering and floor based core work, then move into standing poses and arm balancing.

There are lots of options so you can choose the variation that feels right for you.

Props you'll need are: a theraband (for some options) and a pillow.
