In this session, we combine makarlu self-massage with gentle stretches for the jaw, neck and shoulders.
These are places that often hold tension when we are stressed and gently releasing these areas can set us up for a better nights sleep.
We start at the face and gradually work our way down the spine, finishing at the hips and lower back.
All of these moves can be done seated, but there are also floor options.
