Gentle Yoga - Shoulders & Twists

Strengthen the shoulders and move the spine

We start this gentle yoga class with a short relaxation with breathwork, and move on to strengthening and lengthening the shoulders. We move on to some twists and lateral moves before closing with a slow deep body scan.

You'll need a foam roller and a strap or theraband
