We use the foam roller to nurture our shoulders, spine, hips and challenge our balance. It's a fun time!

This is a great sequence if you've been at your desk for too long, as we really get into the neck, shoulders and upper back.

You'll need a foam roller and optional makarlu or small hand weights.
