Chair Yoga - Upper Body Favourites

This is a great sequence to give your upper body some love! You can even do it at your desk.

We'll work with a combination of mobility, resistance and awareness moves to help promote balanced action for the shoulders and wrists.

You'll need a theraband or yoga strap, and while I'm in a chair, these moves can also be done while standing.
