We focus on self-massaging movements that you can do in the chair in this class.
Sitting in a chair gives us great access to our hamstring muscles and allows some different massage angles that aren't possible from the floor.
We also cover the hips, legs, back, arms and wrists.
This is a very portable sequence that hopefully you can draw on in time of need, especially when it isn't possible or practical to get down on the floor. Using the Makarlu base brings the floor up to wherever you need it!
