This is a simple, adaptable sequence to nurture your whole body, especially the spine, legs and hips. This is a great stand alone sequence if you’ve been sitting down for a while and want to give your back some love!

We will flow through a simple vinyasa sequences incorporating different lunges, hamstring and hip stretches, whole body stability and some great shoulder stretches.  There are lots of different options so you can practice in the way that feels best for you.
