This sequence was a special request for Kirrah Doula Wisdom.

As a Doula and massage therapist, Kirrah saw many new parents with tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back from feeding and carrying their babies. This is a five minute sequence that you can do on a foam roller or rolled up blanket for self-care.

Feel free to share with any new parents or anyone who might need some relief!
