Midweek Movement - Aerial Conditioning
In this session we focus on grip strength, shoulder mobility and core strength. These moves can help build the foundation for flips and other aerial yoga moves.
Grip strength and pull strength are not usually part of a mat based yoga practice, so this class is also a great complement to your regular moves on the mat.
