Building Bone Density

We can't "weight" to show you this week's midweek movement class!

This is a more active session that uses weight bearing exercises and resistance to help build bone density.

You'll need light hand-weights or tins of beans, plus a theraband!

If you are new to exercise, you can leave these out and increase the level of challenge over time.
