This sequence is designed to be accessible from your bed, but also works on the floor.

Feel free to take extra rests along the way or break this sequence into smaller pieces, depending on your energy levels.

We nurture the hips, shoulders and spine. Your digestive system also gets some love as we massage and create space through different movements.

You'll need a pillow and a strap, theraband or scarf.
