Bed Yoga Flow

A short feel-good flow that you can do from your bed. I aimed for 15 minutes, but ended up around 23.

We cover gentle movements for the hips, and lower back, flowing into the whole body.
You'll need a pillow, and can practice in your bed or on the floor.
