Ankles, Knees & Skis

This session focuses on the ankles and knees, although you'll feel the benefits all through your body.

There are options to build strength gently from the floor, especially if you are recovering from an injury or to build endurance in standing moves, which is a great way to get ready for skiing!

You'll need a theraband and a cushion!
