You can do this video as a follow-on from Aerial Spinal Series - Legs & Hips or as a self-contained practice.

In this sequence, we hang the hammock at knee height and flow through many twists and lateral stretches.

These types of movements are said to direct energy upwards and you may also feel a sensation of how your spine lengthens up from the base of being seated in the fabric.

This sequence is suitable for all levels of experience.
