This is a great sequence to help get ready for the colder weather.

There are "hibernation" options and warming energising options, so you can choose the ones that match your energy levels. We give the respiratory system, the gut and immune system some extra nurturing.

We focus on up-regulating the parasympathetic nervous system and the rest and digest response.

All you'll need is a bolster/pillow if you prefer to support your neck in twists.
