Travelling can be hard on the body as well as incredibly tiring, so we have come up with a series of video lessons packed full of simple techniques you can use to help ease the pain while you're on the road (or at home).
Each video includes simple self-massage, stability moves and gentle stretching which will help ease those achy muscles.
We'll be using simple and easy to find props such as the peanut, the theraband and the makarlu.
