Rane and I love recording The Flow Artists Podcast together. We get to speak to some really interesting and inspiring guests - including yoga teachers, activists, artists and authors, and we obviously want their wonderful words reach as many people as possible!

However that process of social media marketing used to take a lot of time and energy and it was actually our least favourite part of making a podcast...

Making short videos is just one way to promote your podcast - Rane has shared lots of other helpful tips, like recruiting the help of your friends and family. Here's what he has to say:

'This might seem obvious, but friends and family can be your strongest supporters, and you’ll need all the help you can get when you are just starting out. Let them know what your doing and maybe even see if you can get them involved! You can include them as guests or ask them to help like and share your social media posts.'
