Corporate Yoga and Pilates Classes

Treat your team to a rejuvenating class in our beautiful studio!
We offer gentle yoga, pilates and meditation classes (12 people maximum) and can cater to all levels of experience. Past clients include University High School, Melbourne University Legal and Risks, St Vincents Hospital, Alfred Hospital, Northcote Medical, One Heart Yoga (teaching team).
Aerial yoga is also available for groups of up to 6 people. Pricing depends on group size please email Jo for more information.
Corporate Aerial Yoga Classes
We have also hosted several yoga studio end of year celebrations, and workplace wellbeing sessions. Our group sessions have a fun and nurturing energy and many people have told us how much more they enjoy this than going out for drinks!

4+ regular rate of $40
6 people is our regular capacity but we can add a 7th if you don't mind being cosy!
External Classes
$250 for a 60 minute session
We can also travel to your office or venue, and teach larger groups based on the capacity of the room. Choose from yoga, pilates, chair yoga or meditation - whatever best fits the needs of your team!
Online Classes
$100 for a 30 minute session
$150 for a 45 minute session
$180 for a 60 minute session
Work life has changed drastically and many people are understandably struggling to find ways to manage their stress levels, and feel like they are able to relax at the end of the day. Working from home also has lead to many people noticing an increase in back, neck and shoulder pain.
A work place zoom class can be a helpful way to relieve tension in the mind and body.
We share simple and effective movement, meditation and mindfulness techniques that people are able to return to through the day as required.
You can do our classes in your regular work clothes and either sitting in your chair or standing. We combine gentle movements, breath awareness and simple meditation practices, always giving options for diverse bodies and needs.
No previous yoga or meditation experience or flexibility is required and participants are welcome to have their camera on or off.
We also provide free video resources after the session for reference.
