Reformer Pilates incorporates many of the exercises from Mat Pilates, taking them to the next level, you will build core strength, enhance flexibility and improve postural awareness. The reformer bed glides as you flow through the movements and uses springs to provide support and resistance to precisely target muscles especially your core! Like Mat Pilates, practicing on the reformer is a mind body exercise that uses breath awareness and precise physical focus to calm and centre the mind. Pilates can be used heal injury and is safe pre and post natal but always let the teacher know of any special needs before the class begins.
Last class for 2012 is 18/12/12. First class for 2013 is the 15th of January.
