Free Pilates in the Park
Runs 15/2/13 until 22/3/13.
A free, fun and friendly class as part of Darebin Council and NARCs exercise in the parks program. Bring your own mat or towel.
Pilates strengthens the core, improves posture and is both energising and relaxing!
The practice is adaptable for all bodies and all levels of fitness- just let the teacher know of any injuries, special conditions and pregnancy before the class begins.
