We’ll be flowing through Vinyasa Playlist tomorrow night to an exuberant, uplifting and heart opening mix. It features The Light We Bring, by Love and Light as well as a couple of favourites by Bluetech and MC Yogi. We’ll be focusing on chest and shoulder stretches to prepare us for expansive and playful backbends and inversions.
In Pilates for Yogis we’ll also be focusing on stretching out and stabilizing the shoulders (lots of foam roller fun) as we strengthen the core.
Both classes we’ll be cultivating the attitude of opening the heart and embracing life, as we’ll as the fresh perspective that opens up as we extend our spines.
