Got home to Rane making okonomiyaki- best husband ever!!
He soaked chia seeds (about 1/4 cup in water) added that to a cup of spelt flour, with a bit of ground hemp seeds, LSA & salt. Mixed in soymilk, diced onion, cabbage, corn & mock prawns. Then fried in coconut oil, he had to use two spatulas to flip then over, and they turned out deliciously! I served mine with sweet soy sauce, avocado and baby spinach (though if I had vegan mayo I would have added that too).
SO GOOD!!
