This is a beautiful message that needs to be shared!!
internal-acceptance-movement:

You don’t need to change the way you look—you need to change the way you see yourself. 
You may not like your body, but it’s the only one you’ve got. 
Spending your time hating the way you look doesn’t make you feel better, and it certainly doesn’t bring you any closer to acceptance. 
Negative body talk feeds negative body image. 
So why not try something different?
Instead of treating your body like an enemy, treat it like a friend.
Instead of neglecting your body, listen to it.
Instead of abusing your body, care for it with love and compassion. 
Instead of defining yourself by the size of your body, start defining yourself by the size of your heart.
Instead of counting your calories, start counting your blessings.
You have nothing to lose.
If treating your body with kindness makes you feel worse, you can always go back to bashing it.
But just for today, try taking opposite action.
Just for today, try something new.
